Excerpt from an e-mail note from Fred Thompson, "This photo was from the end of a roll of film, and half this picture was hosed; however, the best part came out and I had it cropped and printed this way... A rare photo that has captured a 10-pounder right at impact... A second rocket is still inflight above the impact. This was a nasty area west of Quang Ngai... (Ya know, me and anybody who took a lot of pictures took a LOT of heat from the guys we flew with... 'Put that *#!&# camera down and get on the guns!'.... Ya, Ya, Ya, Yah...
